In case you or not happy with the product you received or you observe any factory failures you have 60 days to do a refund. In order to do so please fill out a Return form on your account. Its important that the product has not been used, original packing, all accessories, and additional equipment and product manuals have to be returned in perfect condition. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed and collection costs will always be borne by the buyer (Customer) and not by Globaldrive. Returns will never be accepted postage due. The shipping costs will only be refundable in the case of wrong delivery or defective product.
